GDF, LL and JP have been a winter wonderland for me and i assume for most of you too on here. I am glad that i can keep up and leave my comp on while i am out and at work.

I have been jammin to a bunch of new goodies but this 6.9.92 -- CM -- (JP) is really rockin now, if ya can, check out the Black Peter -- wow!

Also on LL:

Bruce Hornsby and The Range (Opener For The Grateful Dead)
06-25-1988
Buckeye Lake Music Center
Hebron, Ohio

Nice stuff.

And for something way out there, but not that far, check out what I refer to as hauntingly beautiful:

I have watched this over 100 times in one week, with all this new Dead to catch up on too...

So what do all my Dead Head friends have on today?

PS. There are some mighty fine music festivals in MI, CT and WV this summer, if you want to join me, just send me a whistle. I can't wait to come back home in June.

Taking a slight vacation from the Boys today. I recently downloaded a Todd Rundgren show from 5/2/72 Ultrasound Studios, Hempstead, Long Island. More bluesy than his later stuff.

Dick's 33 - 9th and 10th October 1976, OAkland Coliseum. Getting me through a tough working day. Only 30mins to go though. Tonight I'm going to see the U2 3D film, not because I particularly like U2, but seeing a show in 3D appeals to me (I'm a sucker for this kind of stuff, and the tickets are complimentaries).

I listen exclusively to late August through mid-September 1966. It was the only period in the 30 years that the band sounded good.

Just popped in some JGB from Lehigh U. 2/5/81. The Catfish John has lowered my blood pressure many, many points. I now find myself almost too relaxed to work.

Try this show, and specifically the Catfish John. If this doesn't wake you up then you're still in a post superbowl state of depression.

Actually, I'm diggin on the mellow, gorgeous version in the Stabler show, but I will check into your suggestion later. The Catfish, though, was immediately followed up by a huge That's What Love Will Make You Do that seriously threatened the structural integrity of my chair.
